SIGMOD 2025 Call For Workshop Proposals
We invite proposals for workshops to be collocated with the SIGMOD/PODS 2025 conference. The workshops will run on June 22, 2025 (Sunday) or June 27, 2025 (Friday) in in-person mode, and can last for half a day or a full day.
Logistics and Organisational Support
Organisers of accepted workshops are responsible for:
- Announcing the workshop and issuing a call for papers.
- Soliciting submissions, conducting the reviewing process, and finalising the workshop program. The final program must be published at least two weeks before the early registration deadline.
- Preparing their own proceedings for submission to the ACM Digital Library. The choice of publishing company is at the discretion of the workshop chairs.
- Publication of calls for papers and workshop reports in SIGMOD Record is encouraged.
The logistics of the workshops will be handled by the SIGMOD 2025 organisation. Specifically, the local organisation chairs will work with workshop chairs individually to handle registration and the way the workshop will be offered. Depending on the final logistics of the SIGMOD 2025, further details will be communicated.
