Note that banquets or any other parallel or plenary sessions are not included.

Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation of the registration or cancellation of single bookings received by 19 May 2025, no cancellation fee will apply. For any cancellations received by 07 June 2025, a cancellation fee of 50% of the registration fee applies. No refund will be given for any cancellations made after 07 June 2025, and the claim for the full payment of all registration fees remains, respectively.
Payment methods
Pay online with a credit card or alternatively, you can pay for your conference registration or workshop fees through a bank transfer. All transfer costs must be borne by the attendee.
